These people treated me horribly when i went in to get my tire that had warranty purchased on it replaced. They tried to accuse me of switching the tires and that I would just have to buy a new one. I argued my point with one person and then moved onto the owner. Finally must have gotten through to him as he finally after an hour of waiting an arguing decided to replace my tire under warranty, which somehow still cost $60. This place is a total scam and they seem to try to take advantage of people who may not know any better. Lucky for me I do know better and was not going to leave without a new tire. Do not use this place, they deserve a -5 stars.

As others have mentioned, I too have pumped $$$ at this place and they just do not make the repairs properly. DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY

Whether they are liars of just incompetent, I have wasted a lot of money here. I am so tired of taking my car back to let them try again. I told them to lock it and they did not and it got broken into. I should have stopped there, but I already got the tires and "warranty" which does not work at other national Goodyears. When I have taken it back for them to try to fix the same problem, it sits on the back burner all day like it is my fault it is still not working. I will never go there again EVEN IF THEY PAID ME!!!!
