3 dryers have been purchased from this vendor. All 3 have not worked and have had to be returned. I had an electrician initially replace the dryer's electrical outlet and that did nothing to fix the problem. He then told me that that he opened the machine and realized immediately that the wires were a tangled mess. He looked concerned. He then showed me how the knobs were not in any condition to be resold in their condition. If this wasn't enough amazing incompetence, the serviceman let himself in at a time that he was not scheduled to arrive. Before I kicked him out and told him to return at the scheduled appointment time, I asked what he was thinking walking into a home uninvited. His explanation for entering? "The door was open".
