The units are MUCH smaller than advertised. This place is on it's fourth manager in a year. I think the problem is the management company. They keep raising rates, tacking on bogus fees, and worrying about stupid stuff like what color to paint the doors when they should be worrying about the outside lighting, the security cameras, cleaning the bathroom and having the bathroom accessible (at least during business hours). With each new manager things got worse. The current one just started, so we will give him a chance, but we are looking to move to another company. This facility also gets very, very dusty and dirty because of the location and flooding inside the units is common. It is located in a very crime ridden part of town. We moved in because they had great specials at the time. Once they get you in though, they raise your rates dramatically.
