Rented a living room set, was damaged when it arrived more so than when it was on the sales floor... When I made the call to have the furniture picked up, I was given the run around about how they were booked up and couldn't come get the furniture FOR A WEEK and couldn't get a manager to give me a call back... I had to pester them by phone ALL DAY until the manager finally got on the line. Odd that later during the day I saw their delivery truck just sitting in the parking lot of the business (on Ina and Thornydale) for a total of an hour (no activity into or out of the truck) and I live a total of 1 mile away (would have been a 20 minute ordeal at most). I'd NEVER suggest these people to anyone and am considering calling the BBB regard their business as I was told that I'd be responsible for the week I'm waiting for them to come pick up the furniture.
