I am not able to make any judgement about the workmanship of this establishment. This review is solely in regard to Affordable Locating's community relations. An accident was nearly caused by one of their drivers. When I called to make a complaint the contact at Affordable Locating wanted discuss the situation rather than apologize for it. Furthermore, my number was given to the driver who nearly caused the accident. He called me to ask for an apology for making a complaint to his employer and then cussed me out. Rick Bergin and his staff are great! Since our arrival in Tucson in 1996 we have used Sun Tap Water for our soft water and reverse osmosis. My wife is now a "water snob" when it comes to drinking water as nothing tastes as good as the water from our reverse osmosis system Rick installed for us. Our shower door and walls still look new.
