I fix ac's for a living but i did not want to try and fix my Sub-Zero. I call a big company that said free service call, the guy said I needed a compressor for about $1600.00, thanks for your time as I showed him out. I called a company with a cheap service call on craigslist, he wanted $1500.00 so I gave him $20 to leave. My service manager gave me a card for Sub-Zero Service and said ask for Dale he did me right, so I did. They squeezed me in that afternoon and Dale showed up just as they said, he even called me to let me know he was in route, which I liked and now do myself on my calls. I showed him the fridge and a minute later he said he had to get a part off his truck. He has not even taken off the panel and he is getting a part, how does he know I asked myself. Five minutes later he is showing me a coil I need to clean keep clean and put the panel on. I said compressor? No relay and gave me a great deal. Its fixed? Yes sir, that's why you called, right?
