Many changes in staff and managers over the past several years. It's disorganized and chaotic. Those who work there do the best they can with the training they get. This is a training issue and it doesn't seem to be getting better. I have addressed my concerns with management in the past and although they say customer service is their high priority, I simply don't believe them when they fail to address the important issue of having a Manager who can provide the necessary leadership and training for their staff. ...read more
