Although Dairy Queen states if you request a manager, they will follow a certain procedure to protect those with peanut allergies. However, on our last visit, these procedures were not followed even after asking for the manager and could have placed my dauighter's life in danger. I ordered six of their 99 cent double cheeseburgers and only got three, of course I had driven home before I noticed the mistake. Since my family needed the six burgers I had ordered I had to go back. Cudos to the counter man that at least offering me a "frosty or something" for my trouble. Too little to late. They should have offered me the burgers and a full refund for my trouble. The manager on duty did not have the guts to at least apologize for my trouble and was conspicuously absent when I returned for the rest of my order.
