We have used them for years, but recently, their service has gone downhill. I think they must have been bought out. They take a long time to deliver toner when we order it. They used to recycle the cartridges. We told them there were cartridges to pick up, but they never told us they don't recycle them anymore. Their repair service took forever to get to us and then they did not repair the machines properly and had to come back a second time. The took away two machines they were servicing. One they told us was not repairable. I am not sure about the other one. ...read more

This company refused to provide auto insurance information when one of their representatives rear-ended a 90 year old woman. I was forced to hire an attorney. The total damages amounted to less than $1200 and they still refused to provide proof of insurance or pay for the damages. ...read more
