Future Digital Imaging

We have used them for years, but recently, their service has gone downhill. I think they must have been bought out. They take a long time to deliver toner when we order it. They used to recycle the cartridges. We told them there were cartridges to pick up, but they never told us they don't recycle them anymore. Their repair service took forever to get to us and then they did not repair the machines properly and had to come back a second time. The took away two machines they were servicing. One they told us was not repairable. I am not sure about the other one.

What a difference it makes working with such conscientious individuals! The two front office girls are very professsional and personable. The staff seems to work dynamically to resolve issues promptly. Definately a growing company with a promsing future. Thank you for setting
