We were referred to Brian through a mutual friend who had used him several times previously. Our situation was a bit more complicated. We were looking to accumulate some cash from the sale of two vehicles and purchase an SUV and we had no idea what we wanted. Brian spent a full day with us educating us on the various vehicles he thought we would like. When we decided what we wanted, he spent some time with the dealership and when all was said and done we left the dealership with the cash we wanted for our two cars, in our pocket, and drove home in our new SUV. My husband and I have been looking for a specific vehicle for months and could not find anything locally. Thus began our search online. Purchasing a car online can be a risk. However, with one phone call to Josh at Preferred Car Sales, we were immediately comforted. We flew to AZ to view the vehicle and we were either flying home or driving home depending on our satisfaction of the vehicle and customer service. We were promptly picked up at the airport by Bill and taken to their office to privately view and test drive the vehicle. Everything they had told us about the vehicle was more than spot on. They are by far the most honest, knowledgeable, and professional car salesmen that we have ever worked with. (I would classify them as Consultants!)
