We took our vehicle in for a transmission flush and they said it would take about an hour so my wife and small child went to the park close by and played, an hour and a half later they called my wife and said we can not flush your transmission you have to take it to a dealer. We had purchased tires for the same vehicle about six months prior we recently took one of the tires in because it was flat and we had purchased the road hazard insurance. Paul "I refuse to give you my last name" manager would not honor the road hazard purchase he said we only had 1/32 of tread left it looked like 2/32 to me. We took the same tire to two other tire shops one of them being another Fletchers and they both said we had 4/32 of tread depth and that he was measuring from the molded tread wear indicators. When Paul was confronted with this he said that is how he measure them. Dropped off the car at 10am to get 2 tires and 2 shocks and was told it would be done today, no problem and that they would call when it was done. Well we stop by at 4:15pm after no calls all day and try to pick up the car. the lady at the front desk greets us with alot of attiude and asks what we want. we say we are picking up the car and she says they have been busy and need to keep it. She doesn't ask to keep the car, she is basically telling me they are keeping the car overnight. I basically end up yelling at her for saying they were going to get it done and not doing it. and it wasnt busy that day. i live next door to it and checked on the car 4 or 5 times and the parking lot was basically empty.
