I rented an apt in Prescott Valley from 3b Reality for approximently a year. I replaced the verticle blinds because they were in such bad repair. The shower in the master shower was so filthy that it took a gallon of bleach and a lot of elbow grease to clean it. The company I worked for as a traveling nurse rented the apt for me. I decided to go fulltime with the VA Hopsital in Prescott and took over the lease. With proper notification (greater than 30 days), I vacated the apt moving to GA with the VA on transfer. I was told the apt had to be painted and the carpet cleaned prior to renting the apt again. I must admit the apt did need painting, but not from me. There were dog scratches on the doors and holes in the carpet around the the door ways on my moving in to the apt. I took pictures of this damage to protect my company and another nuse can verify this info. even though threatened with suit, I must express concern for others to deal with this kind of dishonesty. ...read more
