Best Buy

This is NOT a great place to shop. I made a TV purchase. Took it home it didn't work. I called the MFG they agreed. Best Buys. tried blaming my Antennae. Every other TV in my house uses this antennae on my roof and all the TV's work great except this one I just bought from Best Buys. By the way the remote didn't work well either. I told him to hook it up and show me but he couldn't get the channels to come in on the TV either and had problems getting the remote to work as well. Then here is where the problem comes. He had the audacity to look me in the eye and say well if you don't like the TV you can return it. He would not even admit Best Buys sold me an item needing repair. I had the impression he was just going to put the TV back into stock and sell it to someone else. While I was there another customer was going through the same nonsense, he was trying to return defective headphones, the conversation with that customer was pretty much the same.
