I've recently had the pleasure of working with Susan at The Cedars and as a fellow event professional I appreciate superb customer service. Her client base is all word-of-mouth and I believe that speaks for it's self when the venue keeps as busy as it is. She's fair and reasonable to work with and keeps her client's best interests in mind, always. I really respect another professional who will speak up for the client.
