Do you want a quality, professional and reputable company? Then don't use these guys. From the owner, to the receptionist to the technician. They are unprofessional and still didn't fix my problem. We were told that the thermostat in my double oven needed to be replaced. We have a home warranty policy. Then we were told to replace the hinges on both oven doors. We were quoted an amount and it was for only one door. These employees are commissioned, so when I said go ahead with the work and we will pay you and take it up with your company, after an hour and forty-five minutes of putting in the hinges, he then removed them with telling me and said he removed them. That is because I mentioned "bait and switch" which is exactly what he did. They are not careful with anything. These guys need to stay in south Phoenix. I went to and called almost every appliance parts place in the valley, because my 5 year old Samsung refrigerator wouldn't make ice because of a bad water inlet valve. Everyone was telling me that the part is discontinued and Samsung doesn't list any cross reference for other parts that could be used from similar refrigerators. Most refrigerator repairs average between $180.00 to $260.00 as a rule. Q. Can I prevent having repairs in the future? A. YES, By keeping the condensor coils clean.
