I bought a 93 Honda shadow from bobs yeasterday they were very helpful I got a great deal on the bike about half the price everyone else is charging plus the bike I got runs real good and everything works perfectly bob had manny check all the fluids and check the bike over and they even delivered it to my house for free I was very happy with the way I was treated and I got a bike that is much better than the garbage I found on Craig's list as well as other dealers i will defiantly go to bobs for all my motorcycle needs! ...read more

Steve P. summed it up well. I called ahead of time, to make sure they had a part I needed. They said they did. So I drive from Casa Grande, Az. When I get there I'm waiting for 30 minutes, while they are talking to each other about what they are doing tonight -_- After, I'm directed to one person after the other. I finally get to a guy in the back back, and I tell him what I am looking for. He says, "You'll have to look though this pile." A MOUNTAIN OF PLASTICS. He then says, "We don't have any parts for that bike." So I tell him that I was on the phone, earlier, and was told that there was a bike with many parts for it. He then says, " go check the junkyard then." He points me to the model, but a different year, not even with the part that I asked for. Will never go back there.
