I won a judgment against American Valet in civil court for gross negligence when their valet driver blew up my engine by over-revving it. The driver has since left the company, but the firm's management was very rude and crude. My suggestion is: Don't use valet if you don't have to...it's just NOT worth it! BEWARE!
