I had called to schedule a appointment and the receptionist sounded like she had an attitude. The schedule was set up and we arrived 10 minutes early wait time was bad and the eye exam went already. However the doctor was advised that I only wore temporary contacts once. This information given or guidance of how to put in the contacts nor did the doctor ensure that the contacts were going to fit comfortably. The prescription was place due to the contacts were not in stock and little to over a month later the contacts were ready for pick up, I picked up the trails contacts and was scheduled an appointment a week later due to the doctors assumed that due to temporary contact were wore once was good enough for a first time contact user.
