Nancy is now Summit Financial Solutions. Do not do business with her. She will cheat you out of money and when you try to collect she will have her attorney friend send you a letter saying she is going file suit against you. She works all angels in order to benefit her and she does not care who she burns in the process. Summit Financial services, is helping people get out of debt and she can not even pay her own bills. She will steal from you. Google her name and see the law suits against her right now. She hides under a rock and then tells everyone she is dying and then quotes some thing from the bible. This title company caused so many issues during our closing. We had a closing scheduled for the 15th of the month and on the day before I had to call to schedule the appointment. When we arrived, the notary who was overseeing our signing was asleep in her car in the front of the building. Our title agent couldn't get the documents to the lender in time, so we drove them over to ensure that everything would process in time. The next day when we expected to get keys, we found out that the seller hadn't signed the documents and they were being FedEx-ed overnight....further delaying our funding and getting our keys. The title agent was unprofessional, unreliable, and inefficient. She had also made an error in our money owed, we will be getting money back but it makes me question what other errors she made. ...read more
