Tried to work things out with Jeff on the phone. He would not let me get two words in. I explained to him how to get his money back from Living Social. He continued to threat my business by posting horrible thing all over the internet about us. He put words in our mouths stating we called him "ignorant" which he stated he was an "ignorant" customer. Which we never called him. We have given him the steps to receive a refund. He is just upset that he spent money and didn't read the fine print and is taking it out on our business. We apologize to him that he has to get a refund and go through the hassle but Living Social has never refused a refund. ...read more
