I only saw the NSP Manager once, and that was to give us our keys. We left the place cleaner than when we left, so full deposit was returned with no problems. I can tell you that half of the light bulbs didn't work and we had screens missing... so that checklist is pretty much BS since they don't even ensure half the stuff on it. But you just need to CYA and go through the list documenting all your findings and keeping a copy for your records. The Manager consistently sends out a generic letter each year telling people they did a drive by and your weeds need to be attended to. We had no weeds in our yard so we called and found out the lazy bastards don't drive by, they just send out this rude, untruthful generic letter to ALL tenants. We told them about a leak in the bathroom coming from right under the air conditioner, water dripping from light sockets, dangerous situation. You will never get your full deposit back. we returned a house 100 percent cleaner than received. The leter we signed told us how to get deposit back. MAKES NO DIFFERENCE HOW YOU RECEIVED YOUR HOUSE. the palce was filthy!! they kept some of my depost. Run the other direction if these people will be your management company and say good-bye to your cash. Very dissapointed. They were also slow on service issues. Renter beware, if only I had read the review first!!!! Don't expect to get your full deposit back from these people. You will be asked to sign a paper stating what to do to get your deposit back, however, they use you as thair cleaning service. We received property is very dirty condition and it was expected to be like new when we gave it back. Our house was returned 100 percent cleaner that it was received. our problem report was never reviewed and not considerdd when we returned the house. these peple are not trustable with your money.
