KUERNER DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR. THEY FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY PROTECTION THIS WEEK. LEAVING OUR FAMILY WITH VERY FEW OPTIONS TO TRY AND RECOVER THE TENS OF THOUSANDS THEY RIPPED US OFF FOR. WE SIGNED A CONTRACT TO BUILD ONE OF THEIR MODELS IN LAKE HAVASU CITY IN JANUARY OF 2006. IN OCTOBER OF 2008 NO MATERIAL SUPPLIERS WOULD FRONT THEM THE MATERIALS TO FINISH OUR HOME. I FIRED KUERNER AFTER WE PAID HIM THE FIRST THRE OF FIVE DRAWS AND WE FOUND OUT THEY HAD NOT PAID FOR MANY OF THE THE FIRST MATERIALS ON THE FIRST DRAW. EXCEPT FOR THE CONCRETE SLAB OF COURSE, THAT WENT TO HIS BROTHER. THEY LEFT US WITH A SLAB, FRAMING, NO ROOF, SOME MECHANICALS AND BILLS AND LIENS ALLOVER TOWN. HE DID NOT EVEN PAY ONE PAYMENT FOR THE OUTHOUSE OR THE TRASH PICKUP. THE SLAB HAS BIG CRACKS, IS LIFTING IN AREAS. THE PLUMBING HAD LEAKS IN THE SLAB.
