They did a wonderful job installing an AC unit in my parent's mobile home. Craig and his son-in-law are very nice people. They were able to do the install a couple of days after giving the estimate. I had wheeler air install a new unit on the roof of my house. The unit was great. The install and service by this company was terrible! They installed the air return incorrectly on top of the shingles instead of under. The employees of this company damaged my shingles around the air unit. I had the roof inspected by two different roofing companies that both came to the same conclusion...wheeler air damaged my roof! I contacted the managers and owners by email, telephone and through better business bureau and they completely ignored my concerns and refused to respond. They did not stand by their service.
