Wheeler Air Conditioning

I had wheeler air install a new unit on the roof of my house. The unit was great. The install and service by this company was terrible! They installed the air return incorrectly on top of the shingles instead of under. The employees of this company damaged my shingl...es around the air unit. I had the roof inspected by two different roofing companies that both came to the same conclusion...wheeler air damaged my roof! I contacted the managers and owners by email, telephone and through better business bureau and they completely ignored my concerns and refused to respond. They did not stand by their service. When they came out two other times after install to fix the unit they rigged it with incorrect parts to keep the unit running. It was a horrible experience. Read More

Make sure Wheeler actually performs the work they state prior to paying. Our Property Manager, PRS uses Wheeler Air Conditioning for clients properties with reported air conditioning concerns and does not verify work performed. We were charged $2800.00 for a new air handler in one of our rental properties that was never installed.
