The front office woman named Myrna is incredibly rude and very disrespectful. When my dad told her about the roach problem we had in our unit she responded with "what do you want me to do about it? do you want to move out?" There was no working with her. As for the maintenance guy there, I am forgetting his name, he will enter your home without your permission when you are gone. He will also say very inappropriate things to pet owners. They both lied to us and said they did not know we had pets when they saw our pets when we moved in. These apartments are horrible. Do not move here. Bought a Deal Chicken voucher for this company and after 7 phone calls and 5 messages finally got a call back to make an appointment. Made an appointment for the next Monday so that wasn't too bad. We agreed to the up-charges for cleaning ceiling fans and vacuuming window sills. When the crew came they spent over an hour cleaning the bath/shower that hasn't been used in 2 years and even then only rinsed it down with the handheld shower head. Didn't move anything to clean and completely ignored the shower that we use every day. They failed to clean/wipe any of the appliances in the kitchen and didn't wipe the counters. They didn't take the trash out and just rinsed . The crew even asked to use our paper towels because they didn't have any. When all was said and done, they didn't dust, didn't wipe down the counters or cabinets and didn't even vacuum window sills as was paid for. Horrible customer service, horrible cleaning service.
