a full year has passed and guess what ..... after new property managers took over and we all had a long talk.... i heard alot of "we're gonnas" and "we promise" so i called their bluff and gave them a chance... we know have both laundry rooms up and running.... a very clean complex.... i have had water,electric and trash all yr...a newly redone pool and spa that stay crystal clear....( my personal favorite here) and everyone here looks out for each other.... as for the police they now just drive by and wave... im sooooo glad i called their bluff.... thanks to all here at casa del sol...... love from me .....STACY :) ...read more

unless you like people who lie and do not take care of business... i would not look here for a place to call home.anyone who can stand in a court room and lie to the face of a judge and think you could trust her as a manager to collect money,to fix things that need it...NO THANK YOU!!! we have a pool that stays green. 1 laundry room that works (5 washers n driers that are broke) and we never know when our water and or electric will not be working. ...But our high light is waiting for the police to show up once again for our manager and her boyfriend... yes folks this is a place I like to call home... ...read more
