The employees are great until you have a problem.I leased a used set of bunkbeds and it turns out that the beds had BEDBUGS in them.When I notified the store, the manager was very rude and denied that the bugs came from them, even though I had a certified pest tech inspect my home before I complained.The only place in my home that had the bugs was the bunkbeds that I had leased from Aarons so I know that they couldn't have came from anywhere else.I didn't ask for compensation even though I have now paid a few hundred dollars to fully remove these pests from my home.All I wanted was for the store to contact the previous leassors and inform them of the situation.Perhaps their children are expeirencing the same bites and they should be notified.I have had the bed outside my home for over a week and I am still waiting for a call fro the regional manager to resolve the issue.Horrible, horrible customer service.... ...read more
