A friend of a friend recommended Dale at AvStar and I called him because we bought a house that had a Nutone Intercom system IM-4406 system that wasn't working properly - all static and outside speaker and doorbell via intercom not working at all. He came out and got everything working except the CD player which he said would have to be replaced (lightnight probably got it). The parts are no longer available from Nutone (system installed in 5/1998) so he put me on a waiting list for a refurbished part. He had to replace the outside speaker as it was blown but he offered both refurbished and new parts. I would recommend Dale - professional, reasonable and realistic. He even gave me the name of a lubricant to do maintenance on system to prevent further problems. If you call him tell Nancy on Edgewater recommend him. I'm definitely keeping his business card.
