I needed to FED Ex some documents so it would arrive at the intended destination by Monday morning. But since I arrived at 8PM Saturday evening, I was told this would not be possible. As I turned to walk away, the wonderful Kinko's Rep (originally from the Czech Republic) suggested the solution to scan the pages and send it via e-mail instead. Great idea! The documents arrived to the intended destination within minutes. If it wasn't for this creative, quick-thinking employee at Fed Ex Kinkos, I would have been severely delayed in my documents arriving on time! Great customer service! Super job finding creative solutions! Worth every penny!! I will definitely do my copying/office needs at Fed Ex Kinkos in the future. :-) ...read more
