Until I started bringing my Subaru to Maintenance & More, I had NEVER encountered a business where the owner embraced me and expressed deep regret that I had to spend a large sum of money. The service manager kept saying how "unfair" this was because I do not neglect my car. "Come back and see us any time, even if you don't need us to fix the car," they keep saying. Could I possibly go anywhere else?

Recently my car had to have some serious radiator work done . I had already taken it to a recommended mechanic twice with no success. I then tried Maintenance & More, and let him know about the ongoing issues we'd been having. The entire staff at Maintenance & More was extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to our situation. They fixed our car, and even did an additional inspection of all the work that our previous mechanic said that he did. Our car was ready and in better working condition than it ever has been in a little over 24 hours. It did take a few hours more than the mechanic had originally estimated, so he provided one of the parts needed complimentary, and did not charge us labor for the additional hours that were necessary. We were also offered a free ride to/from our home to the mechanic so that we wouldn't have to pay for a taxi or inconvenience someone else. The entire service was above and beyond anything I had ever expected, especially for a mechanic!

Maintenance and More has been taking care of my cars for about 5 years. I recently needed major repairs on a foreign model. Emmet went to great lengths to get me the best possible deal while still doing the repairs correctly. Robert talked me into purchasing a B&G warranty last year.
