Not even deserving of the 1 star I had to give in order to write this review.

Avoid ATX Mobile Detailing at all cost! Do not waste your time!

Made an appointment to have my headlights restored only to be stood up with no phone call, text, or email.

What kind of business sets up and appointment with their customers and stands them up? Not even a phone call?! This "business" cares very little about their customers and even less about making a profit. What a joke and a complete waste of my time.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Avoid ATX Mobile Detailing at all cost! Do not waste your time!

- I called and left a voicemail about having my headlights restored. No reply.

- On their website they recommend texting for a faster response. I tried that. No response. I also used the appointment scheduler on their website. No response.

- The next day somebody finally replied via text, apologizing for the lack of a response. I then replied, attempting to make an appointment. No response.

-2 days later I sent another text in a last ditch effort to make an appointment. Got an immediate response. We agreed to set up an appointment the following Tuesday at 1:30pm to have my headlights restored. I sent him my address and he assured me I was "in the schedule".

- Tuesday roles around. At 1:30 I expect him to arrive. It's now 2:00 and I haven't received a text, email, or phone call. I attempt to call and get voicemail. I send a text. No reply.

I never did hear back from ATX Mobile Detailing. What kind of business sets up and appointment with their customers and stands them up? Not even a phone call?! This "business" cares very little about their customers and even less about making a profit. What a joke and a complete waste of my time.
