Not even deserving of the 1 star I had to give in order to write this review. Avoid ATX Mobile Detailing at all cost! Do not waste your time! Made an appointment to have my headlights restored only to be stood up with no phone call, text, or email. What kind of business sets up and appointment with their customers and stands them up? Not even a phone call?! This "business" cares very little about their customers and even less about making a profit. What a joke and a complete waste of my time. Not even deserving of the 1 star I had to give in order to write this review. Avoid ATX Mobile Detailing at all cost! Do not waste your time! - I called and left a voicemail about having my headlights restored. No reply. - On their website they recommend texting for a faster response. I tried that. No response. I also used the appointment scheduler on their website. No response. - The next day somebody finally replied via text, apologizing for the lack of a response. I then replied, attempting to make an appointment. No response. -2 days later I sent another text in a last ditch effort to make an appointment. Got an immediate response. We agreed to set up an appointment the following Tuesday at 1:30pm to have my headlights restored. I sent him my address and he assured me I was "in the schedule". - Tuesday roles around. At 1:30 I expect him to arrive. It's now 2:00 and I haven't received a text, email, or phone call. I attempt to call and get voicemail. I send a text. No reply. I never did hear back from ATX Mobile Detailing. What kind of business sets up and appointment with their customers and stands them up? Not even a phone call?! I had always been pleased with the service I received. I had a leak under my vehicle after an oil change and decided to check the level in case I was going low and it was quart overfilled. I took it back and they corrected it. No apology but OK. Yesterday I got the oil changed again. I checked the level and it was a quart overfilled again. WOW!!! I took it in today and for the second time I heard that this will never happen again. Again no apology! I spoke with the manager to let him know and he was very apologetic. This time the technician was right.. It will never happen again because they will never see any of my vehicles again. Way to lose a customer you loser. ...read more
