I do not usually write reviews, but I had such an awful experience in there last Friday I cannot let it go by. I have owned a business on College Hill for 15 years, and have spent a lot in this store. I have never been treated bad until Friday. I needed to pay a deposit on Electric service, and not being familiar with how it is done, and because of mistaken information the electric company gave me over the phone, the person that waited on me was arrogant, condescending, loud and boorish! I have never been talked to like he talked to me in a business. I will not return and I will not have anything good to say about College Hill Hardware. If my computer would let me give 0 stars, I would on this review. The man waited on me was also rude to others. Someone needs to teach him how to treat customers. ...read more
