AWFUL service, technicians, and expertise. This business is not even deserving of one star! I have so many bad experiences from going here. First the past 2 times I have taken in my car to see why the check engine light was on they ran a diagnostics test and came to the conclusion that it was going to cost $1500 to fix the cadillac converter....one year later the vehicle has been running awful, it constantly shook while driving, and got bad gas mileage...went to get the oil changed at another business and first thing they discovered while doing a routine oil change and checking the fluids is that Arkansas Tire left the bulb in the fuel injector when they ran the diagnostic test over a year ago! The new place removed it for free and the vehicle runs great now! Every time I have taken one of our vehicles there it always seems it comes out with something new wrong!
