When I purchased My Heat Buddy, it didn't have the plug with it, so it leaked all over itself. When I talked to the guy, he said he would send me a new one. It never came. So I messaged him and reminded him, and he apologized and said he would send it. It still hasn't come. This has been going on for 6 months now. I'm sure its a great product! I was using my product today and it was fine then it got cold like usual so I plugged it back in. Then 2 minutes later the part that you plug in to the bag was ON FIRE!!!
