Shady Grove Country Store is located at 6861 Highway 201 South, just four miles from Mtn. Home. During the past year (yes, we are coming up on one year in business) we have added a bakery and a full service bait and tackle store. The community has been so supportive. Our banker, Chris Nosari, has been a fan, as well as a good person to help us as we strive to get even better. One of our latest additions is fried pies! We have been asked all along if we had them, so we finally added them last week and what a sensation. Heidi is making 18 a day and we are sold out by closing time. She makes fruit, coconut cream and chocolate fried pies. The coconut cream is my favorite! We are now working our winter hours. We are open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We have daily lunch specials that are hearty and hot! You can call ahead and we will make sure we have them for you to pick up for dinner.
