These people do NOT care to take the time to do the job they were hired to do. They do NOT read your meter correctly. They seem to just write down some numbers. I have had to call Centerpoint Energy 3 different times this summer to have someone from their company to do a re-read on my meter. My meter had not even reached the numbers that were turned in by this company to Centerpoint Energy. This is pathetic! I just read the review that is on here from a previous writer and I feel this is exactly the type of people we have working for this company. If I have to make another call about this....I will be contacting the BBB. If this job is too hard for these people...they need to find a carwash job. Geeze! Go read your meter as you read others! A lady from this company admitted to breaking into my car and robbing me that works for this company currently... she was arrested in August and Baker was informed .. in court the other day admitted as tesified by the detective that she used her route with Baker Engineering to throw away the contents she stole from my vehicle. The lady was a friend prior to this and knew when she stole the two wallets that one was my elementry school childs, I was told by Dwight from this the company not to call him or centerpoint again... this company has theifs walking on our properties and doesnt even care that the employee was arested for drugs while working for his company and now that he has a theif using his route to throw away stolen items.
