Well first let me say that I've been in the food service business as well customer service for of 24 years. I understand that there are times when we get busy abd we seem to be overwhelmed. I had a call in order and was told to give them about 15 minutes which I gave them 20 to ensure that my order would be ready when I arrived. Once at your business I waited and watched as workers went about as if there were no one that needed any assistance. If your didn't speak up you would not get service. My order was brought out and sat for 10 minutes before I was asked if I needed anything. My order was incorrect and cold by the time I drove 2 minute back to my hotel. Overall poor customer service and very bad food prep. With better management these types of thing won't go bad so fast. Please look into trying to make this a better place to enjoy you meal much talked about menu!!! ...read more
