Bought some things in the past with them this go round payments getting higher thought it was my imagination til I ran across my old receipts.. I started shopping for replacements and making arrangements to move, paid my account 2 weeks ahead so I could make my purchase and it be delivered and i be moved so I wouldn't be without furniture and they called me saying I was behind a month..??? But because I paid with cash and misplaced my receipts I have no record.. They just moved my items to my new address why would THEY deliver the items if I was so delinquent? The regional manager said they were going to take me to court??? Why not just take the stuff back if you had it in your truck? Why deliver back to me? They wanted another payment but I'm still ahead by 11 days threatening me with prosecution? I offered for them to pick it up they said the would need a payment first.?? What???? They Cosby even decide which payment I was supposed to be late on... Scam!!!!!!!!! ...read more

The folks on Lew Dr are so pleasant, I have been taking my Oreck there for years for its annual tuneup and they always have a smile on their faces, pleasant tone, and are just an absolute joy to see once a year, and of course they do a top notch job on all repairs and tune-ups.
