I recently got a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and microwave from Metz. They have a decent selection with friendly staff. They delivered my appliances same day and worked hard to bring in the frig (had to take off the doors to get it inside). I have also had some service done with them with no problem I know from working in parts some that repairs can get expensive quick just based on the parts. I would put less than one star except that is not a choice, they charged me 254.88 and the ice maker still doesn't work. The dude replaced an inlet valve on one day and the next day came back and said it was some thing else, that was going to cost around 150.00, really, and they sent the same guy, okay if he didn't fix it the first time what on earth makes me think he will the 2nd time. This is an ice maker not a spaceship it really shouldn't be that complicated or cost over 400.00 to repair. So my advice is that if you need repairs done to anything in your home do not call Metz TV and Appliances. I am very disappointed in the service I received. ...read more
