If I could give them a negative 10 I would. The owners son came out the day after I called to diagnose my refridgerator, he said I needed a new board and the soonest they could get one was 5 days later. I had one overnighted and also bought an appliance surge protector from All Pro. After paying for it he went out and didn't have one. He said he would drop it off the next day. 3 weeks later, still no surge protector. I have called and they will not answer. I called from several other numbers and they answer. I spoke with the owners son 3 different times. Each time he said I will bring it. Still hasn't brought it. My sister-in-law called and left a message saying her refridgerator was not working. The owner called back. When she told him what was going on he said he would look into it and call back. That was a week and a half ago. Also the new board did not even fix the problem.
