I don't know if this company is a monopoly in home delivery, or if they offer the lowest prices, or what... but I've had more problems with this company over the years than I can remember. I don't know how they can get away with bullying manufacturers, retail outlets, and delivery recipients (i.e., their customers), but they do. If your order doesn't fit neatly into ABF's delivery schedule, they won't deliver. Their delivery dates and "time windows" are usually provided at the last minute, vague at best, and inflexible. In other words, if you're not home whenever they happen to show up, your delivery is held indefinitely or returned to sender.
