I had my hearing tested at Graham Hearing Aid Service. Jerry Richards & his staff are real professionals. In just a few minutes they determined the amount of my hearing loss & explained what they could do for me with state of the art hearing aids. I purchased a pair, came in for a session on how to use & care for them & left with instructions to come back at any time for free follow-up care. I've been back for a couple of minor adjustments & a few removals of excess wax. Each return visit was highly beneficial! I've been amazed at the improvement in my hearing! I'm sure that my friends and customers appreciate the reduction of my requests for repeating statements. My wife especially, has let me know how much the hearing aids have helped. She's still working on what she calls a "selective" hearing problem.
