I have been in this store about 3 times. When I see the owner's car with the Copper Pig advertisement, I don't know why I continue into the store. She won't leave you alone!! The other time was a great experience- no one being pushy & talking non-stop. I asked her if she carried 3 popular lines of jewelry. She snubbed her nose & said "they look like everyone else". I was wearing my Lundy Lu handmade necklace from fresh water pearls ($100) she was condescending and turned her nose up. I asked about Kendra Scott & she said "That was offered to me....but well...never mind." I noticed she sold Chavez For Charity- that's not an uppity brand. I don't care how cute thier clothes are, they have horrible customer service. I ordered a dress online and it was too large. They had the dress in the store yet refused to exchange it for me. They told me that they would only give me credit online so unless I bought the dress twice I couldn't have it. They told me it was 2 owners yet the "owner" that never called me back in 3 days Ashley is listed as the owner of the website. All I wanted was the dress in a smaller size. I wasn't looking for my money back. The manager that I spoke to told me to buy something else. She als started laughing at me. When I asked why she was laughing at me she told me that she was doing something else. Long story short.
