We put my sister in law in this home. They said they encouraged family involvement and they would be glad to assist in any way possible. The home began to ignore our request, pay her for help cleaning with cigarettes, and never informed us of anything such as medicine change or doctors appointments. She is Epileptic and they let her go off by herself. She told them that she didn't like us telling her no, So the HOME ADMINISTRATOR herself began to not only legal advice but personally carried her and had my sister in law sign papers that the home she is in charge of be the caretaker of my sister's financial matters. My sister now refuses any communication from me and "Ginger" the Administrator personally advised her on how to do this and helping her enforce this attitude. ...read more
Hospice services are very personal and caring in nature, so it does not seem right to produce a huge marketing method to sell these services. It is better to build relationships and participate in events to make your services know to potential patients. ...read more
