I was charged $500 in labor and parts were around $100, repairing the cooling system of my car. That's a little much, seeing as I bought the car for $700.. On top of that, my serpentine belt broke a few days after they'd fixed my car. I finally got a hold of them and they told me they made a note that there was a crack in the belt, but they didn't replace it. They didn't even mention to me that my belt had a crack in it, nor was it on the receipt. As though they couldn't have replaced it ? They already charged me over $600, so why not just charge me more ?! The serpentine belt is required to run the car. I will NEVER go there again or tell anyone else to.
