You get what you pay for...simple as that. You will be hard pressed to find an apartment complex with cheaper rent than Northpointe. Unfortunately, management is a rediculous joke, Expect for maintenance to enter your home to perform repairs only after you call and complain so many times that you cannot refrain from losing your temper with the uncompetent manager. What repairs they actually repair will be of very poor quality. Have a water leak? Expect at least 3 weeks before they will attempt to repair it. Mold from the leak? They won't do anything about it. but instead will lie and tell you they fixed it. That's IF you're lucky enough for them to actually show up. Usually, they will tell you they will send someone to fix your problems and no one ever shows up. These are not isolated incidents either but widespread among several tenants I have spoken with.
