After taking a cordless 1/4 ratchet to the columbus phenix saw works during the repair process the store closed so my ratchet was sent to the phenix city store. After calling for about two weeks and getting the same reply that they could not find my ratchet I supplied them with a ticket from where I dropped it off the tool was found and took another 3 weeks to finally repair it. Having the tool back from them the same problem I originally took it the to be repaired for happened again. I dropped the ratchet off and they said it would take about a week. I returned in a week since I knew they were not going to call I got a story that it was on the beach for repairs. I waited another 2 weeks before returning and again the same story was given and u asked them to call me as soon as the ratchet was ready. This time I waited a month before returning and still was not fixed and the story was the had to order the correct part so I asked just to pick up the ratchet and they quickly handed it back without it ever been taken apart. I will never return and advise others to go elsewhere for and equipment repairs!!!! ...read more
