I went to this location to avoid the outrageous prices at other shops. The young lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful. That is why this place got 2 stars instead of 1. When I got in the bed and laid my hands down I could feel a layer of grease and grime. I should have just left but was already lotioned up and eager to tan. I hoped out, sprayed the bed down with the provided antiseptic and wiped the bed down and got back in. I told the lady I would pay for that session but wanted a refund for the other sessions I paid for. She did not know how to do the transaction and called the owner. When he got there he was rude and insulting. He asked how I knew the bed was already dirty and why did I stay. Perhaps valid questions but rude nonetheless.
